Core Responsibilities
1. Patient Registration
- Record details of patients visiting the gynecology department
- Collect information like name, age, address, contact details, and medical history
- Assign registration numbers or patient IDs
2. Appointment & Visit Tracking
- Maintain daily OPD (outpatient) and IP (inpatient) registers
- Track follow-up visits, antenatal checkups, and postnatal visits
- Schedule and manage appointments
3. Medical Record Maintenance
- Update patient files with diagnosis, treatment, and test results
- Maintain records for pregnancy cases, deliveries, and gynecological conditions
- Ensure records are organized and easy to retrieve
4. Documentation of Procedures
- Record details of procedures like deliveries, surgeries (e.g., C-section), and scans
- Maintain registers for births, abortions, and other gynecological cases
5. Data Reporting
- Prepare monthly or weekly reports for hospital management
- Maintain statistics like number of deliveries, high-risk pregnancies, etc.
- Assist in government reporting (important in public health centers)
6. Confidentiality & Compliance
- Keep patient information private and secure
- Follow hospital policies and legal guidelines
7. Coordination
- Communicate with doctors, nurses, and lab staff
- Ensure proper flow of patient information between departments
Education:
Experience:
- Gynic: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
- Telugu and English (Preferred)
