About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive business development and sales of EV Charging Infrastructure solutions across Kasaragod district. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, channel development, and market expansion with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for EV Charging Infrastructure projects.
- Build strong relationships with commercial establishments, hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, fuel stations, fleet operators, industries, builders, and government organizations.
- Appoint and manage channel partners, dealers, and referral associates within the assigned territory.
- Conduct customer presentations, site visits, and investment discussions.
- Coordinate with technical and project execution teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to increase market share.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-up and relationship management.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager or Business Development Manager.
- Experience in EV Charging Infrastructure, Solar, Electrical, Renewable Energy, Industrial Products, or Project Sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Must possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel extensively within Kasaragod district.
- Candidates residing in or familiar with the Kasaragod market will be given preference.
