As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the ethical application and deployment of artificial intelligence technologies within various projects. This role requires guiding teams to ensure AI initiatives align with established ethical standards and regulatory frameworks. The position includes fostering collaboration across different departments to promote responsible AI practices and advocating for the integration of ethical considerations throughout the AI development lifecycle. The role also involves strategic planning and leadership to drive the adoption of responsible AI solutions that meet organizational and societal expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of frameworks that ensure AI systems are transparent, fair, and accountable.
- Promote continuous learning and awareness about ethical AI practices within the organization.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their understanding of responsible AI principles.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure AI foundry.
- Strong knowledge of AI ethics, governance, and compliance standards.
- Experience in designing and deploying AI solutions that adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex AI projects.
- Familiarity with AI model interpretability, fairness assessment, and bias mitigation techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on responsible AI challenges.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure AI foundry.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
