We are hiring a Field Sales Executive for our EMI Lock App (EasyLock) to expand our presence across mobile retail shops in West Bengal.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in mobile retail or handset sales and understand how local mobile shops operate. This is a field-based role, so owning a bike is mandatory.Margin Model.
About the Company:
Elrising is the creator of EasyLock, a Google-authorized Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution designed to secure financed Android smartphones. We are expanding our presence across West Bengal and other states and are looking for motivated distributors to join our network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit mobile retail shops and onboard them to the EasyLock platform
- Explain product benefits (EMI Lock, device control, secure payments)
- Drive token sales and retailer activation
- Build strong relationships with shop owners
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Support retailers with onboarding and basic training
Eligibility / Who Can Apply:
- Experience in Field Sales/ Mobile Shop / Handset Sales (preferred)
- Candidates with experience in PhonePe / Bharat Pay / Paytm retail onboarding or sales are also highly preferred
- Strong local market knowledge in won district.
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Must own a bike + valid driving license
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Salary & Incentives:
- ₹20,000/month → For achieving 2000 token sales
- ₹15,000/month → For 1500 token sales
- ₹10,000/month → For 500–1000 token sales
- If 0 sales → performance-based incentives and fuel cost will be provided
Extra Earning Opportunity:
- Commission will be provided for sales above target
- Higher performance = higher earnings (no upper limit on incentives)
