ABOUT THE ROLES
The role of an sales executives is to ensure that day to day business activities run efficiently. It involves coordinating with different teams, monitoring processes, sales issues, maintaining records, and improving productivity to help the organizations to achieve its goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
· Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and networking.
· Generate and qualify leads to expand the customer base.
· Present and explain products or services to prospective clients.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
· Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
· Follow up with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
· Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and update the CRM system.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
· Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer need
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
· 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
· Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
· Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools is an advantage.
· Knowledge of digital sales and marketing strategies.
