Food Preparation & Menu Execution
- Prepare and cook Indian, Assamese, Chinese, and basic Continental dishes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all food items.
- Develop and update menus based on guest preferences and seasonal availability.
- Prepare special meals for groups, events, and VIP guests when required.
Kitchen Management
- Supervise kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food products.
- Monitor kitchen equipment and report maintenance requirements.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Manage kitchen inventory and stock levels.
- Coordinate procurement of food supplies and ingredients.
- Minimize wastage and control food costs.
- Maintain records of stock consumption and kitchen expenses.
Guest Satisfaction
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Handle special dietary requests and guest feedback professionally.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through quality food and service.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
