Department: Production / Fabrication
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with robotic welding training are welcome)
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Welding Technology, Mechatronics, Robotics, Production Engineering, or equivalent.

Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic Robotic Welding Operators to join our structural steel fabrication workshop. The selected candidates will operate and monitor industrial robotic welding systems, ensure weld quality, maintain production targets, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Freshers who have completed training on industrial welding robots are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate robotic MIG/MAG welding machines safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload fabricated components into welding fixtures.
- Perform robot setup and changeovers for different jobs.
- Assist in teach pendant operation and minor robot program modifications.
- Set and monitor welding parameters.
- Inspect weld quality as per WPS and drawing requirements.
- Read fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
- Replace welding consumables and maintain equipment.
- Maintain production records and machine checklists.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
- Follow 5S, safety procedures, and company quality standards.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MIG/MAG welding.
- Understanding of industrial robotic welding systems.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of welding defects and corrective actions.
- Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in shifts when required.
Preferred Skills
- Training or experience with FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Panasonic, Yaskawa, or similar robotic welding systems.
- Knowledge of teach pendant operation.
- Experience in structural steel fabrication or heavy fabrication.
- Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance knowledge.

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on skill and experience)
