Job Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate Professor for the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. The candidate should possess strong academic knowledge, research expertise, and a passion for teaching. The role involves delivering high-quality education, guiding student projects, conducting research, publishing scholarly work, and contributing to departmental development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Computer Science and Engineering
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and assessments
- Conduct research activities and publish papers in reputed journals/conferences
- Guide student projects, internships, and research activities
- Mentor students for academic and career development
- Participate in curriculum development and accreditation activities
- Apply for funded research projects, patents, and consultancy initiatives
- Organize workshops, seminars, FDPs, and technical events
- Contribute to departmental administration and academic planning
- Collaborate with industry and academic institutions for research and development

Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering / relevant specialization
- M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering / relevant specialization
- Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering or relevant specialization preferred
- Qualification and experience as per AICTE/UGC norms
Experience
- Minimum 0–10 years (With ME,M tech)
- Experience in reputed academic institutions preferred
- Strong research publications and funded project experience are desirable
Required Skills
- Strong teaching and presentation skills
- Excellent research and publication record
- Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and outcome-based education (OBE)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor students and work collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in NBA/NAAC accreditation processes
- Patent publications, consultancy, or industry collaboration experience
- Exposure to interdisciplinary and emerging technology domains
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
