Job Title: Migration Consultant
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Migration Consultant to guide clients through immigration and visa application processes. The role involves assessing client eligibility, providing visa advice, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client eligibility for visa and migration programs.
- Advise clients on suitable visa options and requirements.
- Prepare, review, and submit visa applications.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Provide regular updates on application status.
- Stay informed about immigration laws and policy changes.
- Deliver excellent customer service and achieve performance targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in migration or visa consulting (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple client cases effectively.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala (Kochi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
