ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Conduct training sessions as per the syllabus and industry standards.
- Ensure students develop the required skills for job-oriented roles.
- Manage student attendance, exams, evaluations, and quality assurance.
- Actively participate in student engagement and academic activities.
- Adhere to all policies, rules, and regulations.
- Coordinate day-to-day academic activities at the branch.
- Handle a minimum of three batches daily.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources, including recruitment, training, and employee development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
- Ability to stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new learning techniques
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple task
