Job Description:
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand business in electrical & electronic components across OEMs and industrial customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and develop key accounts
- Promote and sell connectors, wiring harness, terminals, relays, and electronic components
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Build strong customer relationships and handle negotiations
- Identify market opportunities and track competitor activities
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in electrical/electronic components
- Strong technical and commercial knowledge
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- BE/B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical), MBA preferred
