We are looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Order Coordinate to act as the key link between our Sales Team and Production Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and record incoming orders from the sales team (both offline and online)
- Verify stock availability with the production/warehouse team
- Maintain a real-time, accurate order tracker (physical register + digital sheet)
- Coordinate with sales on order status, delays, or shortages
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely fulfillment
- Flag low-stock or out-of-stock items proactively to relevant departments
- Prepare daily/weekly order summary reports for management
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred
- Basic computer skills — MS Excel / Google Sheets essential
- Good communication and coordination ability
- Prior experience in order management, back office, or sales support is a plus
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
