Role Overview
We are seeking a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant to the Managing Director who can manage executive operations, coordination, and confidential tasks efficiently. The candidate must have strong administrative skills along with practical knowledge of AI tools for improving productivity and business workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and important documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
- Follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and important projects.
- Screen calls, prioritize communications, and ensure timely responses.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace for reporting, documentation, automation, and research.
- Support in business analysis, decision-making, and strategic planning.
- Maintain records, data, and important business files systematically.
- Handle vendor, client, and senior-level coordination.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to senior management.
- Strong knowledge of AI tools and automation.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
- High confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong command over MS Office, Google Sheets, presentations, and reporting.
- Good follow-up, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
Preferred
- Experience working directly with MD/CEO/Founder.
- Strong business understanding and operational support experience.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving abilit
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
