Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role oversees marketing campaigns, coordinates with internal teams and external partners, analyzes market trends, and measures campaign performance to ensure marketing objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, manage, and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive opportunities.
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and corporate communications.
- Oversee content creation for websites, social media, email marketing, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with sales teams to generate qualified leads and improve customer acquisition.
- Manage social media platforms and online reputation.
- Track, analyze, and report marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Build relationships with media agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Organize events, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Lead and mentor marketing team members where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or brand management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with marketing analytics and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (MBA).
- Professional certifications in digital marketing or analytics.
- Experience managing marketing teams and budgets.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and customer relationship management systems.
