Job Description:
Operations Resort Manager responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, driving efficiency, managing resources, and aligning processes with strategic objectives. This role involves supervising teams, optimizing workflows, managing budgets, and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
· Resorts Manger should have an excellent level of commercial awareness, who can build and maintain relationships with internal and external guests. Also responsible for highlighting short/medium/long-term issues to the DIRECTOR and to help formulate solutions.
· Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments of resort.
· Support and work with all Head of Departments in all aspects of running the resort.
· Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests.
· Conduct regular operations team meeting with all the HOD daily / weekly to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets
· Monitor the co-ordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations.
· Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process.
· Meet all dept. heads to review & train the staff to upkeep the human capital.
· Monitor and maintain operation & overhead cost in order to maintain maximum revenue to the organisation.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous.
Experience:
- Minimum 7-to-8-year experience in Operations Management in Hospitality industry(Hotel & Resort).
Language:
- English (Required), Hindi
Salary:
- 360,000 to 6,00,000 per Anum (As per experience)
