- Assist in the preparation and cooking of continental dishes as per hotel standards
- Prepare mise en place for daily kitchen operations
- Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards instructed by senior chefs
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work station
- Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients
- Check food quality, freshness, and expiry dates regularly
- Support senior chefs during buffet, à la carte, and banquet operations
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly
- Minimize food wastage and control stock usage
- Follow food safety and HACCP standards at all times
- Coordinate with team members for smooth kitchen operations
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and inventory
- Maintain grooming and discipline as per hotel policy
- Be flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations
Pay: ₹20,086.29 - ₹25,000.00 per month
