CreoTek Systems India LLP is seeking a dynamic and customer focused Subscription Renewal Manager
/ Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for managing customer subscriptions, handling renewal cycles, maintaining accurate customer data, and supporting revenue growth through strong customer engagement and retention strategies. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong Excel and data management capabilities, and the ability to coordinate with sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth subscription lifecycle management.
Roles & Responsibilities: -
v Subscription Renewal Management
· Manage end-to-end customer subscription lifecycle, including renewals, upgrades, and extensions.
· Track upcoming renewals and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
· Coordinate with internal teams for subscription activation, training, and installation activities.
· Handle renewal discussions with customers and resolve renewal-related escalations.
v Customer Relationship & Retention
· Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
· Conduct regular follow-ups and engagement calls with customers.
· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts.
· Support customer success initiatives to increase long-term customer value.
v Data Management & Reporting
· Maintain accurate customer data, subscription records, and dashboards.
· Prepare and update weekly sales funnel reports, renewal trackers, and business forecasts.
· Ensure proper documentation of all customer interactions and account activities.
· Use MS Excel, CRM tools, and internal systems for reporting and tracking business metrics.
v Sales & Revenue Support
· Support the sales team in lead follow-ups, deal tracking, and closure activities.
· Assist in generating leads from existing customers to support business expansion.
· Work closely with management to provide insights through data reports and MIS.
Qualifications: -
Essential Requirements
· 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in engineering software, industrial solutions, or technical services.
· Impactful communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to convince a client.
· Ability to understand technical products and deliver consultative sales pitches.
· Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools with good data handling skills.
· Experience in subscription management and renewals
· Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in Customer Success, Subscription Management, Sales Operations, or Renewals
· Experience selling CAD/CAE/PLM or SaaS-based engineering platforms
· Prior involvement in client-facing roles within a tech-driven environment
· Familiarity with tools such as PTC Creo, SolidWorks, Autodesk products, or CFD tools and CRM.
