What You'll Do
- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Create ad creatives for Meta, Google, and marketplace campaigns.
- Design website banners, email creatives, product listings, and marketing collateral.
- Assist in packaging, labels, inserts, and branding assets.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and video teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Stay updated with design trends, social media aesthetics, and AI-powered design tools.
What We're Looking For
- Fresh graduate in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing college, freelance, or personal design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (Figma is a plus).
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and branding.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to take feedback positively and work in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points If You
- Know Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Have designed for D2C, fashion, beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands.
- Follow current social media design trends and love experimenting with new creative styles.
- Use AI design tools like Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or Midjourney in your creative workflow.
