About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer to manage end-to-end HVAC site operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Air Conditioning and HVAC systems, strong site coordination skills, and the ability to manage contractors and material logistics independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end HVAC project operations at the site from planning to execution and handover
- Take accurate site measurements and prepare requirement sheets for ducting, piping, and equipment layout
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure timely execution of work
- Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings/specifications
- Manage material planning, procurement follow-up, and inventory at site (AC units, ducting material, copper piping, insulation, etc.)
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards during installation
- Coordinate with clients/consultants on site for approvals, clarifications, and progress updates
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly site progress reports
- Support in resolving on-site technical issues related to HVAC systems
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and schedule
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
- 2 years of relevant experience in HVAC/Air Conditioning projects
- Good working knowledge of split ACs, VRF/VRV systems, ducting, and ventilation systems
- Ability to read and interpret site drawings and layouts
- Basic knowledge of material estimation and vendor coordination
- Good communication and site coordination skills
- Willingness to travel to different project sites within Hyderabad
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus)

Pay: From ₹21,000.00 per month
