Position Overview:
Lano Equipment is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warranty Administrator for our Shakopee location. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction and landscaping equipment industries and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and submit warranty claims accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with manufacturers regarding claim approvals and status updates
- Review repair orders and supporting documentation for warranty compliance
- Work closely with service technicians, parts department, and management
- Track outstanding claims and ensure timely reimbursement
- Maintain organized warranty records and documentation
- Assist customers and internal staff with warranty-related questions
What We're Looking For:
- Previous warranty administration experience preferred
- Experience in construction, agricultural, or landscaping equipment strongly preferred
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude
