Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients in the Banking/BFSI/FinTech sector.
- Generate leads and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution presentations and closures.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of IT Sales/Business Development experience.
- Experience working with Banking, BFSI, or FinTech clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Pay: ₹32,545.25 - ₹62,355.92 per month
