- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, clients, or candidates.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products, services, or job opportunities clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Schedule appointments, interviews, or meetings for the relevant team.
- Follow up with interested customers or candidates regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Update customer or candidate information in the database/CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle objections and resolve queries effectively.
- Coordinate with sales, recruitment, or customer service teams.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
