Business Development Support
- Generate leads through outbound calls, online research, and database management.
- Contact potential clients and introduce the company's services.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the Business Development/Marketing team.
- Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and business opportunities.
Client Relationship & Feedback
- Conduct regular feedback calls with existing clients.
- Record client concerns, suggestions, and service feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication.
Database Management
- Maintain and update client and prospect databases.
- Track lead status, follow-ups, and meeting schedules.
- Ensure accurate recording of call outcomes and client interactions.
Market Research & Support
- Identify potential corporate clients and business opportunities.
- Collect information on competitors and market trends.
- Assist in preparing reports and lead generation data.
Reporting
- Prepare daily call reports and follow-up trackers.
- Submit weekly and monthly lead generation and client feedback reports.
- Maintain records of meetings scheduled and leads converted.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
