About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in psychology and allied healthcare recruitment. In this role, you will lead end-to-end hiring for psychologists, counselors, clinical psychologists, mental health facilitators, behavioural therapists, and other healthcare professionals, while also supporting recruitment for corporate and operational roles when required.
The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and an understanding of psychology-related qualifications, licensing requirements, and the mental healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for psychology, mental health, and allied healthcare positions.
- Source and attract qualified professionals through LinkedIn, job portals, professional associations, referrals, campus hiring, and social media.
- Screen candidates by evaluating qualifications, certifications, clinical experience, specialization, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, clinical leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for psychologists, counselors, therapists, and other mental health professionals.
- Develop sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill clinical roles.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and efficient hiring processes.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, salary discussions, onboarding, and pre-employment documentation.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate hiring reports and recruitment metrics.
- Partner with universities, psychology departments, and professional networks to support campus hiring and talent engagement.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, industry practices, licensing requirements, and talent availability within the psychology and healthcare sectors.
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's presence within the psychology and healthcare community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in psychology, healthcare, or allied health recruitment.
- Experience hiring Clinical Psychologists, Counselling Psychologists, RCI-registered professionals, Therapists, Counsellors, or Behavioural Health professionals is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with psychology education pathways, certifications, and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements while maintaining quality and speed.
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for hospitals, mental health organizations, educational institutions, wellness companies, or healthcare startups.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the psychology and healthcare community.
- Knowledge of behavioural interviewing techniques and competency-based hiring.
- Experience with employer branding, campus recruitment, and talent engagement initiatives.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment reporting and hiring analytics.
