· Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
· Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates
· Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
· Maintain /update HR related records
· Effective employee communication through various channels
· Support fulfilment of HR statutory compliance
· Monitoring of colleague Attendance
· Monitor and ensure employee facilities like duty meals and accommodation are taken care
· Drive various colleague engagement initiatives
· Act as a point of contact for all employees when in need
· Regular cordial interactions with employees
