Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, security and reliability. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across servers, networks, cloud infrastructure and system operations.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage and maintain enterprise infrastructure environments.
Support and administer cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
Perform server configuration, upgrades, patching and maintenance.
Monitor infrastructure health, performance, capacity and availability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and production issues.
Implement security, access controls and infrastructure best practices.
Support deployments, migrations and infrastructure changes.
Automate routine infrastructure tasks using scripting and automation tools.
Handle incidents and provide timely production support.
Collaborate with network, security, cloud, DevOps and application teams.
Maintain infrastructure documentation, procedures and operational standards.
Required Skills:-
5–8 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering / Administration.
Strong understanding of Windows and/or Linux server environments.
Good knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP or enterprise cloud platforms.
Strong understanding of networking, DNS, TCP/IP and connectivity.
Knowledge of infrastructure security and access management.
Experience with monitoring, performance and capacity management.
Understanding of backup, disaster recovery and high-availability concepts.
Scripting/automation knowledge in PowerShell, Bash or Python.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
