Client Service Executive
Job description:
2 to 3 years of experience in the similar field
· 2 to 3 years of experience in handling clients in the advertising & digital marketing field
· Work on client management & internal coordination for performance campaigns
· Be the bridge between the client and the internal team in communication and execution
· Assist in strategizing & preparing reports, meetings, and presentations
· Background in performance agency is preferred
· Eager to learn and smart with digital ideas, key responsibilities
· Assist in managing multiple client accounts for Media, specifically
· Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key
· Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed

· Liaison with third-party vendors, influencers, and partner firms on behalf of the brand for campaigns & projects.
· Keeping abreast with new trends in the digital industry
Technical Skills Requisites:-
· Professional-level proficiency in English
· Knowledge of Social Media Channels, Digital Media, and Online Marketing. We know you know, but we want to make sure.
· Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
· Attention to detail is great, and ongoing commitment to achieving high-quality results is even better.
