Job Title: CNC Machine OperatorJob Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts as per engineering drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, turning, or grinding) as per job requirements.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and offsets to maintain accuracy.
- Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations.
- Conduct routine inspections of finished products using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Ensure machines are maintained in proper working condition by performing preventive maintenance.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Record production data and maintain logs as required.
- Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to resolve machining issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die / Fitter / Machining or relevant field.
- Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator (minimum 1–3 years preferred).
- Good knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc, Siemens, or similar) will be an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and tolerances.
- Hands-on experience with measuring tools and quality inspection processes.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
