Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell aluminium products, expand market presence, and build strong customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Identify and acquire new customers in industrial, construction, fabrication, and related sectors.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in aluminium, metal, building materials, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
