Assistant Manager Finance
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional with strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial reporting, accounts payable & receivable, general ledger, taxation, budgeting, compliance, and MIS reporting. The candidate should be proficient in ZOHO Books and advanced Excel, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in the IT/Services industry mandatory and exposure to GCC operations will be an added advantage.
Experience: 5–8 years in Finance & Accounts, preferably in the IT/ITES or services industry, with hands-on experience in financial operations, statutory compliance, audits, payroll coordination, and process improvements. The candidate should demonstrate ownership, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Data entry and Review books of accounts and finalization of Trial balance, Ledger scrutiny with Month closing process.

End to end payroll process including statutory compliance and employee benefits.

Quarterly TDS filing

Tax assessments

Risk analysis & timely solution providing

Timely Month closing & MIS reporting with Forex rate analysis

Monitoring compliance process TDS, Income tax, PF, PT & ESIC
