We are looking for a BTL Marketing Manager with strong field experience who can drive on-ground marketing, activations, and professional network building within the architecture and interior ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute BTL marketing activities such as roadshows, activations, and local campaigns
- Identify and connect with architects, interior designers, and builders
- Conduct regular meetings, site visits, and follow-ups to generate leads
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships
- Generate leads through field marketing and networking activities
- Identify new opportunities for brand visibility and partnerships
- Coordinate with internal teams for lead conversion and project discussions
- Track and report leads, meetings and campaign performance
Skills & Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in BTL / field marketing / sales
- Prior experience in interiors, modular kitchen, real estate or related industry (preferred)
- Strong exposure to architects, interior designers or builder network
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
- Comfortable with field work and travel
- Two-wheeler is mandatory
- Graduate (minimum qualification)
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and strong in relationship building
