- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents with clients.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and MIS data.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Accounts, and Dispatch) for timely order processing and delivery.
- Handle customer communication through phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally.
- Track order status and provide regular updates to customers and the sales team.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team when required.
- Assist in preparing monthly sales reports and performance data.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets by ensuring efficient coordination.
- Resolve customer queries by coordinating with the concerned departments.
- Maintain proper documentation of sales orders, invoices, and related records.
