Job Title: Medical Sales Representative (MSR)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Manager
Location: Hyderabad.
Job Summary
The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals. The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare providers, generating prescriptions, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company’s market presence in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and detail the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
- Conduct regular doctor visits and product presentations.
- Organize medical camps, product awareness programs, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the assigned territory.
- Submit daily call reports (DCR) and other reports as required by the company.
- Ensure availability of products in pharmacies and hospitals.
- Coordinate with distributors and stockiest for smooth product supply.
- Participate in company meetings, training programs, and conferences.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or any relevant field.
- Freshers or candidates with experience in pharmaceutical sales can apply.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Field-based role requiring regular travel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
