Job Title: Mandarin Online/IT Operation Staff
Job Description:
We are currently developing a new App and looking for operation staff to join our team. The operations team will assist with pre-launch testing, research, user support, and preparation work before the App officially launches.
Responsibilities:
* Support App testing and research tasks
* Assist with daily operation activities
* Coordinate with team members and management
* Support customer service and user-related tasks
* Help with promotion and user engagement activities
Requirements:
* Able to speak Chinese and English
* Hindi speaking is a plus
* Experience in internet/IT operations is preferred
* Team leader or management experience is a plus
* Fresh candidates may also be considered
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Must have own computer and mobile phone
