Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, and attracting top IT talent to meet organizational hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, professional networking platforms, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and overall fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and follow-ups to ensure successful offer acceptance.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders.
- Stay informed about recruitment trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate engagement skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for IT organizations, staffing firms, or consulting companies.
