Handling field collection and recovery operations Managing customer visits and payment follow-ups Team handling & target management Maintaining daily reports and updates Coordinating with team members for timely collections Achieving daily/monthly targets
Requirements:
Experience in Collection / Field Operations preferred Good communication & negotiation skills Leadership and team management skills Target-oriented approach Immediate joiners preferred
