Job Summary:
MAAC Dilsukhnagar is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents regarding career opportunities in Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphic Design, and Multimedia courses. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, counseling students, and achieving admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Conduct career counseling sessions and course presentations.
- Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain lead and admission records in CRM/software.
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for admissions activities.
- Assist students throughout the admission process.
Eligibility:
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Strong counseling, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in education counseling, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
