Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Angular Developer to support and enhance a business-critical live application. This role requires a strong balance between proactive production support and new feature development, ensuring system stability, performance, and scalability in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Live Environment Support
- Provide proactive support for a highly critical production application.
- Perform rapid diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues to minimize downtime.
- Deploy hotfixes and patches with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Monitor application performance and ensure system reliability.
2. New Module Development
- Design, develop, and deploy new modules from scratch.
- Ensure seamless integration with the existing application architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
3. Code Quality & Optimization
- Maintain high standards of clean, maintainable, and secure code.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and implement best practices.
4. Agile Context-Switching
- Effectively prioritize and manage tasks between planned development and urgent production issues.
- Work in an agile environment with quick turnaround times.
- Adapt to changing business priorities and requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Angular Expertise:
4–5 years of hands-on experience with Angular (latest versions) and TypeScript.
- Production Support Experience:
Proven experience supporting live, business-critical applications with strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- State Management:
Strong understanding of RxJS and experience with state management libraries like NgRx or NGXS.
- API & Integration:
Experience in consuming RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data streams.
- Version Control & CI/CD:
Proficiency in Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for safe and efficient deployments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with performance profiling and optimization tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
