Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Service Excellence: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly according to five-star standards.
- Menu Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of menu items, ingredients, daily specials, and beverage pairings.
- Table Management: Set up, clear, and reset tables (busing) efficiently, ensuring cleanliness throughout the meal.
- Guest Interaction: Monitor satisfaction, anticipate needs, and resolve complaints swiftly to ensure a high-quality dining experience.
- Coordination: Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and stewarding teams for smooth service flow.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
