- Perform CMM setting, programming, operation, and inspection as per engineering drawings.
- Conduct component measurement and dimensional inspection using CMM and measuring instruments.
- Handle inward quality inspection of raw materials and purchased parts.
- Monitor in-process quality activities during production stages.
- Carry out outward/final inspection before dispatch.
- Perform ballooning of drawings and prepare inspection reports.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, tolerances, and technical specifications.
- Ensure accurate usage of measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, dial indicator, etc.
- Manage gauge calibration activities and maintain calibration records.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities for process enhancement.
- Maintain inspection documents, quality records, and measurement reports.
- Coordinate with production and design teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
Pay: ₹17,672.60 - ₹30,007.87 per month
