- Location: Panchkula
- Experience: 8–10 years in automobile retail sales
- Education: B.Com, BBA, or MBA
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team of sales consultants.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
- Monitor executive performance and conduct regular review meetings.
- Drive team discipline, grooming, and adherence to dealership processes.
Sales & Operations
- Oversee daily showroom operations and vehicle delivery processes.
- Develop strategic plans to maximize new car retail sales volumes.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate vehicle stock allocation.
- Analyze sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities.
Customer Experience & Finance
- Resolve escalated customer grievances to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Ensure strict adherence to OEM customer handling guidelines.
- Drive business from value-added services like insurance, finance, and accessories.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and corporate clients.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in four-wheeler automobile retail sales.
- Proven track record of managing a team of at least 8–10 sales executives.
- Educational background: Graduate in B.Com/BBA or Postgraduate in MBA.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of local automotive market dynamics in the Tricity area.
- Proficiency in automotive CRM software and MS Office.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
