Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Air Freight Manager to handle UAE air freight operations from our Kochi back office. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in export and import operations, UAE customs procedures, and cargo documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete Air Freight Export & Import operations for UAE shipments
- Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, transporters, and UAE office
- Manage shipment booking, documentation, tracking, and operational follow-up
- Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and maintain smooth cargo movement
- Maintain accurate operational records and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE Air Freight Operations
- Strong knowledge of export/import procedures and documentation
- Hands-on experience with:
- Calogi
- Dubai Trade
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently in a back-office role
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with UAE logistics experience
- Experience handling UAE operations from India is an added advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
