Position: Solution Architect – MERN Stack (Full Stack)
Location: Karol Bagh, Delhi

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect – MERN Stack to lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, be capable of leading a team of developers, and drive technical excellence throughout the software development lifecycle.
The incumbent will play a key role in defining application architecture, mentoring development teams, solving complex technical challenges, and ensuring the delivery of secure, high-performance, and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture
- Design robust, scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures.
- Define technical standards, coding practices, and architectural guidelines.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and third-party integrations.
- Ensuring applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
Full Stack Development
- Lead the development of enterprise-grade applications using MERN Stack:
- MongoDB
- Express.js
- React.js
- Node.js
- Build responsive and intuitive frontend applications.
- Develop secure and efficient backend APIs and microservices.
- Optimize application performance across frontend, backend, and database layers.
Technical Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Full Stack Developers.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
- Allocate technical tasks and provide architectural guidance.
- Support developers in resolving complex technical issues.
Problem Solving & Innovation
- Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot critical production issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and technology innovation.
- Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Project Delivery
- Responsible for Product, UI/UX, QA, DevOps
- Participate in project planning, estimations, sprint reviews, and release planning.
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines while maintaining quality standards.
Quality & Security
- Ensure adherence to secure coding standards and industry best practices.
- Implement performance optimization and application monitoring.
- Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, documentation, and deployment.

Qualifications

Experience

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading technical teams.
- Proven experience in designing enterprise-scale web applications.
- Hands-on expertise across both frontend and backend development.
- Experience in architecting cloud-based, scalable applications.
