About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization. The candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, organic traffic, keyword rankings, and overall search performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and identify high-potential keywords.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
- Perform technical SEO audits and identify issues affecting search performance.
- Manage link-building and off-page SEO activities.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and competitors.
- Analyze SEO performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Work on local SEO, including Google Business Profile optimization, citations, and local rankings.
- Identify and resolve indexing, crawling, duplicate content, broken links, and other SEO issues.
- Perform competitor analysis and identify new SEO opportunities.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and communicate key insights.
- Coordinate with content writers, developers, and other marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of practical SEO experience.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Local SEO.
- Good understanding of keyword research and search intent.
- Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Basic understanding of HTML and website structure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to independently manage SEO tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with WordPress and other CMS platforms.
- Experience in ranking local and service-based businesses.
- Understanding of schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and website performance.
- Experience with Google Business Profile and local citation management.
