WebGuruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) (Night Shift) with experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and closing international projects through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and referrals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through Upwork, LinkedIn, email marketing, and other lead generation channels.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Identify client requirements and recommend suitable IT and digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and project documentation.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Coordinate with technical teams for project scoping and successful handovers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in IT Business Development.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork is mandatory.
- Strong experience in lead generation, proposal writing, and client communication.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, AI/ML, or Custom Software Development.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Australia, Canada, etc.).
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipelines.
- Experience in a Digital Marketing or IT Services company is preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
