Job Description:
The Job Controller is responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling workshop jobs to ensure timely delivery, efficient utilization of manpower, and high customer satisfaction. The role acts as a bridge between Service Advisors, Technicians, and Customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate jobs to technicians based on skill level and workload
- Monitor job progress and turnaround time (TAT)
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles as per committed timelines
- Coordinate with Service Advisors for job updates and approvals
- Track pending jobs, delays, and bottlenecks
- Ensure proper job card management and documentation
- Maintain workshop productivity and efficiency levels
- Follow up on parts availability with spares team
- Ensure adherence to OEM guidelines and processes
- Support in handling customer escalations related to delays

Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
- (OR) Any Graduate with relevant experience
Experience
- 1–4 years in automobile workshop/service operations
- Experience in two-wheeler dealership preferred
Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
