1. Making protocols for the hospital systems.
2. Making Schedules for the Meetings of Quality Assurance and other hospital committee.
3. To prepare agenda for the meetings.
4. To provide training to the staff regarding Quality Assurance and others.
5. Working upon continuous quality improvement of the system in all departments.
6. To implement the NABH/QCI Standards and institutionalize into hospital functioning.
7. To structure a quality assurance programme based on continuous monitoring of patient care
8. Services.
9. Keep a continuous check, whether the policies are being implemented or not.
10. Maintaining the documentation for the quality assurance.
11. Modifications of policies with the help of higher authorities in the Hospital.
12. Implementing the policies in all departments and collecting reports from them.
13. Outlining the critical issues, then finding the preventive measures to resolve them and
Preparing the action plans.
14. Give the recommendation to the higher officials for upgrading the organization.
15. Advising on fire issues relating to building structure and fabric, services, alteration.
16. Advising on new build fire safety requirements.
17. Coordinating and monitoring the Hospital programme of fire risk assessments.
18. liaising with the Fire Brigade and Authorities involved in fire safety.
19. Advising on fire issues relating to the day to day activities of occupants of the Hospital premises.
20. Advising Hospital committees on fire safety issues relating to the above.
21. Giving advice and monitoring how incidents involving fire and fire alarm activations are investigated to identify problems and advise on corrective actions, and reporting these to FSAG.
22. General day to day monitoring of fire precautions.
23. preparing annual reports on issues relating to fire safety and the Hospital.
24. liaising with other managers and staff on fire safety issues.
25. Representing the Hospital on fire safety issues and facilitating cooperation with other employers where 2 or more occupy the same premises.
Pay: ₹1.00 - ₹192,000.00 per year
