Mentor
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or group coaching to students for UPSC foundation course to class 1-10 students.
- Monitor student progress and offer constructive feedback.
- Address student questions, concerns, and challenges promptly.
- Collaborate with the Course Coordinator and Content Creator to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
- Motivate students and foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, counselling, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in mentoring, tutoring, or coaching students is preferred.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate learners.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online learning platforms is a plus.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
