Key Responsibilities
- Visual Creation: Conceptualize and design high-quality visual materials across various channels, including digital media, social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), website banners, email campaigns, and print materials.
- Branding & Consistency: Maintain and uphold our brand identity, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all marketing and company touchpoints.
- Collateral Design: Create engaging presentations, pitch decks, infographics, and marketing brochures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to translate creative briefs into impactful visual assets.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Stay Trendy: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices to keep our visuals fresh and modern.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 6 Month of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house experience is a plus).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or motion graphics (After Effects) is a major plus.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital and print design work. (Candidates without a portfolio link will not be considered).
- Skills: Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
