Job Title: Solar Technician

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Solar Technician to join our growing solar projects team in Kannur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Install rooftop and ground-mounted Solar PV systems.
- Assemble and install mounting structures, solar panels, inverters, and associated electrical components.
- Perform testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar power systems.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of installed systems.
- Diagnose electrical and technical faults and carry out repairs.
- Ensure all installation activities comply with safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with project engineers and site supervisors to complete projects on schedule.
- Prepare daily work reports and maintenance records.
Candidate Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in solar installation and maintenance.
- Good knowledge of Solar PV systems, inverters, electrical wiring, and safety practices.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
- Physically fit to work at heights and outdoor locations.
